MMS ID Report Fails to Process #2971
Description
Expected behavior
When the mms_id report task executes it is able to process the full report.
Actual behavior
Per this error the report fails to load and the task fails.
Steps to replicate
This happens intermittently. 10 times in the last few months.
Impact of this bug
Data in index is stale until the next time the task run successfully. It runs once a day.
