Revamp the chat page

As disscussed the chat page should first list down the items then, when user clicks on item then it should show the respective users who messaged and then finally upon clicking to user it should display the actual message list.

@vaibhav230104 there are two steps, when loading the chat page should display

1. all the items that have some chats in them
2. upon clicking the respective item it should then display all the chats related to that item

Currently chat page displays all chats of all the items in one page, grouped by the item.
