TH05Y_V1.2 - "Error write Flash Command Register" on every command

Hello, i'm sorry to bother with this apparently simple problem.
For every command i try to run, i get the error as below:

$ python3 rdwr_phy62x2.py -p /dev/ttyUSB0 rf fullbackup.bin

Error write Flash Command Register!

I fell to exclude any comunication problems, since most part of initialization in wr_flash_cmd(6) is succesful..
Below some context about said devices (a couple tested sharing same behavior so far)
