Replaces annotator logo with a logo framing Pyronear logo #105

Pitch
The tool's logo is very nice (see screenshots below), but we could do even better by having a logo that is consistent with the Pyronear logo, i.e., the Pyronear logo flame framed.
What is done currently
- At login stage and on main page, there is some occurence of the logo
What should be done
- Creates a annotator logo from Pyronear logo tie a framed pyronear logo (like the flame in the current annotator logo)
- Replaces instances of the logo with the new logo
There could be an issue with using a color code in the application that is closer to Pyronear tones. To be discussed in another issue.
