- whether or not to start services (jupyter, tensorboard)
- service-level arguments
... Here's a fun thought: could hydra be useful here? Or even just YAML? As long as I'm thinking command line arguments, feels like a decent way to configure a bunch of defaults... probably over-engineering it.
