User should be informed if he has no valid personal access token within the download raw data view #1361

Description

@Steffengreiner

What are you missing?

During the download URL step of the raw data download, it would help greately to be informed about the state of the personal access tokens(PAT) necessary for the download process.

Why do you need a solution?

Since the personal access tokens are not visible during the download URL process, the user cannot know if she has a valid (non-expired) token linked to his account.
During the actual download step, the upload server additionally does not inform the user that the provided token is invalid, meaning the user has no easy way to deduce that the download failed due to token expiration.

Ideas

Inform the user with a warning should she not have any active tokens anymore.
This could e.g. be shown in the download overview or when clicking the "Export Dataset URLs" button.

Alternatively show an overview of the current personal access tokens in the download raw data view

Additionally the upload server could provide a specific response should the user provide an invalid/expired token during the download process. (See linked subissue for details)
