Shortage of electricity unexplained

In this specific scenario (not yet found in another scenario) there is a shortage of electricity. 64 TJ in the hv network. It does not show up on the dash board 'Power shortage'.

The expectation is that the import of electricity will always grow enough to supply the demand (the interconnector is large enough)

Not sure whether this is a rare bug in this one scenario or some underlying issue that needs quick fixing.

I have looked into the scenario.
There seems to be a mismatch between the hourly and annual calculations for the solar pv producers.

This difference is approx: 14 (166-152) + 19 (229 - 210) + 31 (371 - 340) = 64 PJ. --> This is the shortage flow we see in the annual calculations in the graph.

I donwloaded the scenario and imported it on beta using the scenario dump.
The scenario has no issues on beta.

My hypothesis is that this issue is likely caused to the setting with solar PV FLH's. Due to the solar pv flh split project we changed the modeling.
When this update is deployed to production, this issue is likely to be fixed.

Nice investigation @kaskranenburgQ! Let's verify that it's fixed once we've deployed. The preliminary result on beta is however very promising, since we picked up a lot of structural improvements for solar PV within the project. This issue fix shows that we've been effective.
