Rename config file that maps energy balance to ETM #627
Description
This config file maps the products/carriers from the energy balance to the ETM. The name of the file however relates to one of the organisations we work with. It is therefore not an accurate name for what this file does.
The file should be renamed to something more fitting. Something like energy_balance_product_keys, energy_balance_carriers.
The file is used in part of our code to automatically read data from the energy balances, so updating it should be done by one of the developers.
