Use official area code for European Union dataset #631
Description
The European Union dataset now has the area code EU27, whereas Eurostat uses EU27_2020. We should update the area code to match the official definition. We could consider also renaming from "European Union (27 countries)" to "European Union - 27 countries (from 2020)" but that maybe more confusing than just using "European Union".
