Restructure front-end section Biomass

Background
The front-end section Biomass currently contains slides and sliders that do not relate to 'Supply'. Furthermore, for certain sliders it makes more sense to move them to the specific technology it concerns to improve findability of the slider.

In a discussion with @Charlottevm and @mabijkerk, we came to a shared idea of how the Biomass section can be improved by moving slides and sliders to more appropriate locations.

Solution
The slides that should remain in the Biomass section are:

• Potential of biomass
• Gas mix in gas network
• Green gas production

Slides that should be moved are listed below with their appropriate location:

• Wood pellets in steel production: move to Demand > Industry > Steel
• Biocoal and bio-oil in energy plants: Coal plant, move to Supply > Electricity > Coal plants
• Biocoal and bio-oil in energy plants, Gas-fired CHPs in industry: t.b.d., see discussion point below
• CO2 emission of biomass: move to new section 'Biogenic emissions' under Emission, below Emission factors
• Oil-mix in demand sectors: move slider set per sector to the relevant sector under Demand

Discussion point: Gas-fired CHPs in industry
For knowing where to move the sliders related to Gas-fired CHPs in industry, we need to determine what to do with the sliders that set industrial CHPs and heaters (and this discussion also applies to agricultural CHPs). These sliders are currently under Demand, but they actually should be under Supply.

Option is to add sliders of industrial and agricultural CHPs to the relevant slides under Electricity and Renewable Electricity (depending on type of feedstock). There is however no appropriate location yet for industrial heaters in the Supply section, so what do we need to do with those? Or do we want to keep the industrial CHP and heater sliders together in a new section somewhere? This perhaps requires rethinking the front-end design, which is a bigger effort than just moving some sliders.

In the meantime, we could move the gas-fired CHPs in industry sliders (under section Biomass) to the current location of industrial CHPs, which is Demand > Industry > Steam network sources.

For knowing where to move the sliders related to Gas-fired CHPs in industry, we need to determine what to do with the sliders that set industrial CHPs and heaters (and this discussion also applies to agricultural CHPs).

I think that it is useful to be able to balance supply with demand for each heat balance (local agriculture CHPs, industrial steam network, district heating per temperature level) in a single location. This would for example mean keeping all the industrial CHPs and heaters in a single slide, and not adding the coal CHPs to coal power plants.

Perhaps this means that we would have to revise the "District heating" section to a more general "Heat" section, as proposed by @MartLubben?
