Sankey chart Liquid fuels and feedstock (and potential others) partly shows

Bug Description

When opening the Liquid fuels and feedstock Sankey for II3050v2 NAT 2050, all relevant categories and flows are partly shown:

When doing something that sort of re-triggers the chart (e.g. clicking on the chart zoom button and closing, or open a second chart), the chart rescales and correctly show the full overview:

I'm speculating about potential causes of the bug:

• Imbalance of flows: I don't see a visual imbalance of flows for this scenario, but it might be the case that there is an imbalance somewhere. However, we've had imbalances in charts before which did not result in weird scaling.
• Could it have something to do with the different columns?
• Could it be something else in the configuration of this Sankey? In the upper screenshot, the entire oil refineries column is visible, does it cut the view based on this column?

I'm not sure if this problem occurs for other Sankeys as well...

Does anyone of the @quintel/developers know what might be the problem?

I think we had a similar issue with other Sankeys before. I put it in the Refining column, but I expect it will have to wait until next sprint before the developers can refine this.
