Transport efficiency inputs are incomplete and require review in breakdown #3362

Bug Description
Some of the inputs that set efficiency of transport modalities or the efficiency of a transport technology are incomplete:
- transport_planes_efficiency misses international aviation planes on hydrogen and electricity
- transport_ships_efficiency misses domestic vessels on methanol mix and international vessels on methanol mix and electricity
- transport_vehicle_combustion_engine_efficiency bus LNG is missing, bus LPG is incorrectly included.
Furthermore, these transport efficiency inputs might need a review: do they still make sense in how they are broken down? I especially wonder if it makes sense to have single sliders for trains, ships and airplanes, where the efficiency is set for all technologies together of these modalities. Does it for example make sense to set an efficiency improvement that applies to diesel and electricity trains togther? I doubt it.
Proposed solutions
We should have a discussion to review the current breakdown of efficiency sliders for transport. Once we've conceptually considered this, we can do what is needed to have them properly updated again to not miss any nodes.
