Bug Description
CHPs have efficiency inputs for both electricity and heat. The efficiency inputs for central CHPs should be updated in a way that they update the correct parameters.
This sub issue focuses on electricity efficiency. An attempt was made in #3367, but later I found out that the heat efficiency is affected when setting the electricity efficiency. This should be avoided, since the heat efficiency is a user input on itself.
Proposed solution
A solution needs to be implemented that ensures:
- electricity efficiency is updated correctly
- Heat efficiency is not affected when setting electricity efficiency
- Total electricity output is not affected when setting electricity efficiency
Note that the central CHPs have related HT and MT nodes, and could have CCS as well. Therefore, testing should be done for setting the input individually as well as together with related inputs that affect the same nodes, to ensure the expected results are given.
