Migrate between latest and stable #83
Description
Given the functionality of pyetm, enabling users to handle migrating their scenarios from 'latest' to a stable version would be a very nice enhancement. More consideration would be needed to refine this issue and design the implementation of this flow, perhaps as a Jupyter notebook.
