Permissions in roles does not work #1

Hi FRANTIŠEK. Congrats because of your awesome plugin for Kanboard.
I installed and tested it, and I found what seams issues:
1 Trying to change roles permissions do not works, keeps the same: User role permits just change own skills values, not for all, not for project team.
2 Any user can change its own skills values; I think it is not practical because people can blame and change the values assigned after a real evaluation, so, I think will be good including a role just for watching skills and tags but no permission for change those.
