Testing

We need to implement some testing to make sure that we don't break WExT. It can be like HotNet2, where we have some known input data and we verify WExT produces the correct output, repeating it for different conditions/tests (i.e.. WRE, RE, and RCE tests; pan-cancer runs; etc).

This is a very good idea. I used your recent pancan example to test my latest update for this very reason.
