0.3 and React stream

With the change in reactphp/stream#95 this exception fix is no longer going to work.

Woot, this is no longer a thing! With the newer version of React, Socket\Connector now returns a Socket\Connection instead of a Stream\DuplexStreamResource, which does its own proper shutdown so we no longer have to work with the underlying resource!
