Feature Request: Time rollers should be looped.

When user opens time picker and chooses time, rollers are not looped in a circle, but have fixed beginning and end. As a result it is not possible to quickly switch from 12 to 01 hours and from 59 to 00 minutes.

loop is not a good solution, i think we need a better one. since how should scrollbar work at that time?
