Select组件placeholderTextColor属性在ios测有效在鸿蒙测无效 #16

原因：Select组件底层使用了RN的TextInput组件，鸿蒙侧TextInput组件只有editable属性为true的时候placeholderTextColor才能生效，
ios侧TextInput组件editable属性为true或者false的时候placeholderTextColor都能生效
