Release v3.1.0 aims to enhance our CI with integration tests on all VPS. We also want the CLI to backup a current running darknode to a zip file and restore from it. - Migrate from Circle CI to GitHub action. #57 - Integration tests for most CLI commands on all VPS. #57 - CLI should be able to check darknode version.
