If this platform support special firmware designed for FT2232?

Such like Digilent Xilinx JTAG HS1/2/3/SMT/1/2/3 use the firmware for FT2232 from Digilent to make FT2232 perform as one JTAG port and on UART port, instead of two UART port. It is exciting If it is possible to use STM32(or GD32) act as a USB Xilinx JTAG cable. If such usages are supported, how can I convert or load these special firmware?
