DE gene list aggregate

Starting this now ...

ok so i've grabbed all DE lists from strains, but now i realize there's an immense amount of pairwise comparisons to do or a beast of a venn diagram to make, and im not sure what the best way to do this is. there are no DE genes common to ALL lists, but thats the only thing I explicitly checked....

Can you point me to the list of DE genes. Not going to do a venn, but rather a heatmap of the universe of DE genes. This is proabably better than doing a heatmap from the full cuffdiff.

And GO enrichment for the full set of DE genes.

oh good call... I have a list of lists, will that work? It's at the end of
the mouse overview DE genes file but I havent printed it out yet. I will
print and point!
