cannot run the Volcanic.

There is nothing happen when run the Volcanic. However, the Simitone runs normally,So,how can i run Volcanic?Is there a guide?

Run Simitone's main exe with -ide flag in order for Volcanic to appear. Running the Volcanic.exe with the flag won't work AFAIK.
It will also only appear once you enter a household/lot.
