Checkered background bleeding below PNGs.

When turning on the PNG checkerboard it seems to be behind any PNG so you can see it on the edges of any pic especially after doing any zooming, normally this would only be enabled on a PNG file with an actual alpha channel in it.

Still occurs with some images.

doesnt occur for animated transparent images. But occurs in static images. Antialiasing and floating point operations causing issues in offscreen. If offscreen image is not created and live drawing happens, there is no bleeding.
