"/kill @e" kills entities in all active worlds #246

This is particularly a problem if someone wants to kill all the blazes surrounding them because they can't hear themselves think and end up killing all the armor stands in the lobby, which they can't respawn because you can't spawn armor stands in an AutoRef lobby with command blocks. There's a reason that is so specific.
