ScaleFast doesn’t consider all transformation matrix values

The ScaleFast extenstion doesn’t seem to consider all transformation matrix values of components.
Example: In both masters I’m using the first 4 values for specific glyph are -1, 0, 0, -1 but the interpolation result is 1, 0, 0, 1

I hope these files explain the issue. Font-Master1 and Font-Master2 were used in Scale fast to generate Font-ScaleFastOutput. See the arrow pointing left in the caleFastOutput, this is a component were the transformation matrix values 1 through 4 are not in line with the Master1 and Master2
