Please expose run-parameter outputDirectory to the command-line

Hi,

currently (1.6.0) it is not possible to set the robotframework:run parameter outputDirectory on the command-line. I had to use <outputDirectory>${outputDirectory}</outputDirectory> within pom.xml. Please expose outputDirectory to the command-line.
