The categories that come to mind for operational costs:

• frontend hosting (server cost, domain and ens name renewals eventually)
• support (if we provide it, e.g. a discord server, channel, or thread, for users looking for help)
• (not sure if counted as ongoing) any future contract upgrades or migrations
