Adding Barriers layers #74

Hi,
Thanks for a great plugin. I use it a lot but unfortunately am not competent enough to contribute to the code.
My idea to enhance the plugin significantly for real use cases would be to add a barrier layer option.
I'm guessing the developers here are much more competent for the conceptualization of such a feature so I won't go deep into details.
What I have found when using the plugin is that often times large objects such as roads or sound barrier walls make the results unrealistic in cities, especially when you do not have a complete road network and want to keep the default speed not as 0.
