Queries against slave DNS servers should be dependent on successful update of master DNS server

Currently tdns-cli queries all slave DNS servers to determine whether the desired record card be retrieved from them, regardless if the update on the master DNS was successful or not.
It should be verified if an attempted update was successful or not. Slave servers should only be queries in case of a success.

Thanks for the bug report; that's indeed the sensible thing to do by default; I just need to make sure it interacts reasonably with --exclude, which can/could be used to exclude the master's IP address, in which case tdns update should keep the current behavior.

Regarding the overall progress, I have neglegted tdns recently -- the next step, probably before adding features or fixing bugs, is to get it working with the trust-dns 0.18, which unfortunately has some API breaks compared to 0.18-alpha.2 which affects tdns-cli. Once that is done, robustness (which this issue plays into) and getting a new version published should be priority.
