Tag accepted conventions with relevant RFC #35
Description
Currently, the conventions document marks conventions with various statuses, but leaves accepted conventions unmarked.
It would be more clear to instead:
- Mark proposed conventions with
[PRE-RFC] - Mark accepted conventions with
[RFC NNN]whereNNNis the RFC number, and where the marker is a link to the RFC document.
This change should be rolled out on all of the existing conventions.
