CSharFITS as a portable class library?

Any reason to not convert this great tool to PCL library?
It would be great to use it also from other platforms than Windows, like Xamarin.Android, Xamarin.IOS, etc.

Also a nuget package would be useful.

Hi,

No reason at all not to do it except that I really don't have any time available at the moment to make changes to this project or organise the publishing to a nuget package.

To be honest I only use a small part of this code and I put it here because at one point the original download location had gone off-line.

Please feel free to fork this repository and make the changes if you wish to.
