Understanding the tests

I am doing "experiments" with the tests files. There is the method RDFXMLReaderTestCase:testProfile which is comparing the length of the created dictionary with a number:
self.assertEqual(len(d), 5893)
What is this number for?

@fran-jo this test is asserting that the number of elements read into the dictionary is correct (ie that no elements were missed). I don't know about these tests directly, however it's likely a simple check to see if a regression in the parser has occurred.
