Broken associations for OperationalLimitSet

According to CIM14v15 and CIM15v01, OperationalLimitSet has an association to Terminal and Equipment. In the CIM14 package, both associations are available. In CIM15, there is only the association to Terminal, though.

My ECore model for CIM15 is showing only the Terminal association. It might be that I was using a slightly outdated version of the UML. I will look into getting a new model.
