Send and Receive Test SAP Event Mesh #24074

In step 3 we shall use the HTTP-POST method to get a message form the queue.
This is counter intuitive since I would expect to use HTTP-Get method for getting something.
Could you please add a short explaniation why this is so?
(I actually did test it with HTTP-GET and it failed.)
