MM should report an error for missing operators in HAS nodes

I had this syntax in a patch:
HAS[moduleID[IVASwitch]]

Which I'm pretty sure is always invalid - there should be some kind of operator before moduleID. This was very difficult to spot, and it would have been pretty easy if MM had reported an error or warning on that line.
