Error Adding Notes - CannotParseMetaData

I was making some notes and made a new note but then I forgot to add something so I went and ran:
```
til add "The date line is September 20"
```

and got
```
Error: CannotParseMetaData
```

I'm guessing its because the file names are the MM/DD/YYYY so it would create a duplicate file so I would like a way to edit the file from the Terminal
