For example, for engines that support multiple languages for both spoken and typed should have both drop down menus active

For engines that only support spoken English but multiple typed languages, the spoken language should be somehow "locked"/"greyed out" with a tooltip explaining what is going on.

For engines that support only English for both spoken and typed languages, both options should be locked/greyed out.
