Hi Diana, TGS expects your simulation profiles to contain the following columns: DoseToMedium ( Gy ) : Sum/Mean Standard_Deviation Histories_with_Scorer_Active Count_in_Bin MaxHonestly, I only really use the first three, so if you create a TOPAS-style csv file and fill the first three columns with your values, and zeros in the last two, that should work. Hi Diana,
The format you've sent me isn't the output of a TOPAS simulation, right? For TGS to recognize it as such, its missing the required headers. I've reformatted the relevant data from your file into a TGS-readable version, and attatched it below. Note that in the .txt file, there are no header rows, and the three columns are seperated by tabs. The first column is the x-axis position (perhaps you still need to adju this manually to represent your bin size), the second column is the dose value (be that sum or mean, doesnt matter), and the third column is the error you associate with the dose value (the value isnt manipulated in any way, and represents the size of the error bars on the…
