Description

The wrong Language is sometimes highlighted in the Language picker.

Reproduction steps

1. Start the viewer.
2. Open Preferences > General.
3. Click the Language drop down and select Español.
4. Click OK.
5. Restart the viewer.
6. Open Preferences > General.
7. Click the Language drop down and verify Español is highlighted.
8. Click Cancel to close the Preferences.
9. Log in.
10. Open Preferences > General.
11. Click the Language drop down and verify Español is highlighted.

Observed: Deutsch is highlighted.
