Expect-CT is obsolete

You're currently listing the Expect-CT header as "upcoming".

However it is essentially obsolete. Certificates after May 2018 are required to be CT compliant. All certificates issued before that date are now expired, so browsers can simply expect that all certificates are CT compliant and the Expect-CT header gives no useful information.

The Expect-CT header is still useful as a site operator can receive reports if the client comes across a certificate that fails CT Qualification for some reason. I could remove it from "upcoming" section and add it as a missing header with no score impact as it's never going to have a score impact as it stands. I don't want to remove it completely from the site as the purpose is to inform people of headers that are available. What are your thoughts @hannob?
