too slow for downloading of teleseismic events

when l want to download the teleseismic events for the studying of receiver function,l find it took me one minute for each event if l use get_continuous_waveform .in this way it maybe need one year to download all data l want.

is there faster and more convenient method to download teleseismic events data for receiver function?

The time depends on the number of stations and the record length you're asking for. So, try your best to only request the data you need.
