SecureMessaging: not listening on addresses after switching wallet.dat

When the wallet.dat is replaced with a different one then the securemessaging does not update smsg.ini and thus those addresses are not being listened on (for messages).

@tecnovert could you look into this sometime? I think the fix might be rather easy.
