Cluster expunge is not removing firewall rules.

Steps:

1. Create a network
2. Deploy a cluster in the network
3. Expunge the cluster

Browse the firewall rules of the network:
It's observed that there is an active rule on port 6443 remaining from the cluster.

User will not be able to deploy a new cluster until the rule is removed, which should be part of the expunge process for a cluster.
