PHP 8.5 nightly stuck ? #987

Probably something you are already aware of, but just in case and to document this for other people wondering....

Looks like the *nix image for PHP 8.5 nightly last updated to a commit from last Saturday (php/php-src@f64c624), but hasn't updated since. About half of the PHP 8.5 deprecations were merged before that, half after, so it would be nice to be able to gauge the impact of the rest of the deprecations soonish.

The Windows image for PHP 8.5 nightly does seem up to date (last updated ~15 hours ago) - php/php-src@4d74dd0

As an aside - there is no rush to fix this, as, once it is fixed, all composer installs on PHP 8.5 will start failing due to this issue: reactphp/promise#264, so until ReactPHP releases a new version (and probably Composer too), the Linux nightly updating is not going to make a difference.
