Rename note types from DICT_LIFT and DICT_LIFT_EX to LIFT_Words and LIFT_Sentences

Hopefully that will be clearer. For one thing, flashcards could be edited in WeSay without technically being a 'dictionary'.

Note that the code for the wizard's initial APKG import could be reused over in FlashGrid if feasible:
