Add in section on derivatives such as Stablecoin, Tether, NuBits, BitShares USD/CNY and other CFDs to float fiat on blockchains.

This could be in chapter 2 as smart property ("smart assets"), but since its supposed to be currency, it seems more of a fit in ch 1.
