Delivery Scenario - EOF error

The following test is flaky:

It appears some deliveries are successful at querying GetDeliveryPosition, while others produce EOF.
I believe the issue is due to the combination of:

• access token
• x-picnic-did
• x-picnic-agent

Appears to work correctly, so long as the delivery is of status CURRENT - could switch the method, GetDeliveryPosition to take a string or Delivery, if the delivery is not of status CURRENT reject the request.
If user, uses delivery id of a completed order EOF will still be hit.
