tests + CI #10
Description
We could adopt the same CI infrastructure as in snet-cli: unit_tests + function_tests. We also should use simple_daemon (snet-cli test/functional_tests/simple_daemon).
For example: test/functional_tests/script13_call_reinitialize.sh an usual functional test scenario which use simple_daemon in snet-cli.
