Barnes-Hut occasionally raises the `NotIntCoord` exception

An uncaught NotIntCoord exception is occasionally raised. The source of the exception appears to be the call to intcoord in loadTree and seems to be the result of negative values in the position vector (intcoord expects all values to be in the unit interval).
